According to Naci and Ioannidis, “Wellness refers to diverse and interconnected dimensions of physical, mental, and social well-being that extend beyond the traditional definition of health. It includes choices and activities aimed at achieving physical vitality, mental alacrity, social satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, and personal fulfillment”. Time for vanlife

Is there a right time at all? Or is this question rather redundant? Because if you want a thing, you just have to do it? In my new vanlife, time is in short supply. I definitely run out of time, every single day. Although sometimes, I even stay awake 24 hours, for example after a night shift on a day off. Because, certainly, I want to spend my free time in the day, when you can see the beauty of the world.
